The Estate sits on 25 hectares of various varietals, cabernet franc, merlot, pinot and chardonnay.
The soils are mainly clay and silt, with some gravels on top of the hills.
Two vineyards produce the chardonnay :
« BONNAREL » 20 years old, South East exposure, 300 m high.
« LE RENNE » 17 years old, South exposure, 225 m high.
The Estate uses the principles of “agriculture raisonnée”, with as little use of chemicals as possible and extensive use of mechanical work to keep yields low and improve its quality.
